I orederd a hp printer online by paytm as opened it was found defective e by HP technitian it took atlesst one month to declared dead on arrival by customer care Technitian of HP now paytm says it is out of return or refund policy as seven days has passed there is no direct contact no of paytm to whom we can talk our problem how yo file a case on paytm and HP
As per your version it's gross violation of consumers rights and recently rules framed for online e commerce platform ,collect all transaction receipts and communication made through, these will be the evidence and it's sure you will get all returns of the damages done by these on line portals .Feel free to contact for further advice .
