Harassment Complaint Against Uber Driver Ends In My Acct Suspension

Uber driver misbehaves wit me. I ws alone in cab n he asks 4 cash. He shouts n in anger brushes hand over my knee! Afraid, I ask him 2 end ride midway. He forces me 2 pay a 3rd person. Doesnt let me get out of d cab till he calls him n confirms payment! I complain to Uber safety bt they block my acct sayin I made a same complaint earlier too. (In Nov 2025, an uber driver threatend me n my son whn he took a longer route n i complaint against him). Cant a woman be harassed twice as per Uber?

Dear Client, In the given scenario, despite multiple complaint over harassment and criminal intimidation to Uber, if they blocked your account that prima facie amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice. In that scenario, serving a legal notice to them, you can file a complaint online at e-daakhil portal which was introduced to redress the complaints against the service provider who runs their trades online.
