Harassment by college with proof

I am being harassed by my college teachers because i complained about a teacher, i have proof of call recordings, mails and whatsapp chats also. I live in pune and have no money for lawyers. I have complained to principal and the harassment has stopped but i want the teachers to be punished for what they did, i want them to pay for my mental torture.
