Failure of Installation services and false commitments from Flipkart s

21-Apr-2026 (In Consumer Court Law)
The product was delivered on 31 January 2026. However, installation has not yet been completed and has been postponed on five separate occasions from Flipkart end. I am seeking compensation of 100000 rupees for failure of Installation services and false commitments from Flipkart side.

You have a valid case for deficiency of service against Flipkart. Non-installation despite multiple commitments clearly amounts to unfair trade practice and deficiency under the Consumer Protection law Keep all proofs ready: invoice, order details, emails, call records, and messages showing postponements. A compensation claim of ₹1,00,000 can be made, but the Commission will decide based on actual loss and harassment. Ensure your claim is reasonable and supported by facts.
