Excitel company is not refunding my money

Hi, I have applied for a wi-fi connection from Excitel company and paid the amount of 3699 rupees via google pay. but after that they denied to set up the connection due to some un-known reason. when I asked for my money from the agent he said company would pay in 3 days but not received. when I called him back he said it will take 1 more week. after 1 week he said 15 days more. so I directly went to the main office of excitel in Jaipur and the contact person again said 3 days, when called that person after 3 days. he said tomorrow and then it's been 15 day after I met that company person in office then he gave me 2600 rupees via paytm and said they will pay 1000 more but still not guaranty they will pay that amount therefore assuming after receiving 1000 rupees more I will be left with 99 rupees which is they not going to pay. is there any legal way so can file for wasting my time more then a month and not getting my money on time? please advise.

hello as I read your question you want to refund the money zoom deposit to the so you may go to the consumer court and file a complaint before the company for weather for the money copper connection you may claim damage also thanks

I also faceing same issue. i paid 7000 to excitel but not install connetion and not get refund. i have been waiting for last 2 months.

To get your money refunded from Excitel, you may have to follow these steps:
- Check the refund policy of Excitel and see if you are eligible for a refund. According to their website, refunds are only given for the first payment in case of no-feasibility for building a new connection to the requested address. Any one-time charges paid to Excitel Regional Partners at the time of installation are non-refundable.
- The refund will be processed within 60 working days after acceptance of your request by Excitel.
- Contact Excitel's customer care, provide details and reason for refund, and keep records of communication.
- If the complaint is not resolved within 30 days or if the resolution is unsatisfactory, approach Excitel's appellate authority within three months of their reply or the complaint period expiry.
- If the appellate authority doesn't resolve the complaint within three months or the response is unsatisfactory, approach TDSAT by filing a petition within three months of their reply or appeal period expiry. Pay the fee and submit the required documents.
- If still unsatisfied, challenge TDSAT's decision by approaching the Supreme Court of India through a special leave petition within 90 days of receiving TDSAT's order. Pay the fee and submit the necessary documents.
