I have a property case (apartment related) . I need advice regarding procurement of Oc,cc and khata for my building.
Any developer of the property in the jurisdiction of BBMP area who has obtained Plan Sanction is eligible for this service.
Documents to be enclosed with the request
Latest BBMP Khata certificate, Khata Extract, and Tax paid receipt
CFO from KSPCB and Fire Clearance (Wherever applicable)

Hi, your case falls under RERA. Since you have an apartment you are entitled to an OC. A CC can be acquired, only in case of a plotted developement. With regards to procurement of the same, it depends on the terms of your sale agreement. If there is an undue delay, you can file a case in RERA to force the builder to acquire or produce necessary documents.
