E-commerce website is not refunding the amount after product returned

I purchased a product online six months ago. The product is not good so I returned it and asked for refund. But that e-commerce website is not neither refunded the money nor returned the product to me. Every time I call to the customer care, they said they will raise a query on priority basis and call me.i have called them many times. But nothing happen. What should I do. What are the action can be taken by me.

Hi,in general they refund the amount in your account of that particular site, if they have not refunded you can take a legal action by sending a legal notice to them for the recovery of the payment and indeficiency of services. For further assistance you may take advice from us.

Pl have written communication with them and get their response in writing so that you have a proof that they are not responding. If they do not redress your grievance, then file a consumer complaint in the nearest consumer forum

Hi, you have suffered deficiency in service by the act of that and you may ask for the compensation on many grounds which you have suffered. However, it is advised that you meet in person to the advocate and decide the things to be done. Thanks
