Device Sell On Website With Miss leading Information

I bought reamle buds model T310 but company shows its support 46 db hybrid noise cancellation but really its really device support 30db this information give from customer service and also i received defective device the same model work properly with noise cancellation and on bike calling but my device not working properly what should I do
Get a inspection report from sound engineer in real lofe scenario, clubbed with failure of company to provide proper solution.
