Credit card company showing liability without any expenditure

I just found in my cibil report that one credit card company is showing outstanding of 35000 in my name which I have no clue. I have written to them but did not get any revert . Please let me know how do I proceed. Thank you.
Have you received any notice or any other mail for outstanding balance from the credit card company. If yes they you need to file a complaint regarding the same with the bank to clarify as you are saying that you have not used it.
