I signed up for Certification exam, i confirmed with organisation about the earliest date of exam and then only i did payment. Now its been more than a month from given date and they have not given me exam coupon. I need to submit the certificate to my organisation for promotion. If they deliver exam to me after my performance review, then it will be of no use. In that case, can I file a case on them and ask for compensation of my loses? And what will be the probability of me winning?
