Consume court application of case for after warranty complaint

I bought honor mobile phone on 4 February 2018 with one year warranty on phone, after 3 months I noticed faulty display and I contacted authorised service centre and in the month of August 18 I submitted my mobile phone with service resolution within 8to 10 days but after so many efforts and contacting higher officials I got my phne in near about 1 month and they changed whole motherboard with new imei no. Now t started using my phone but In month of January 19 I noticed same problem I contacted company and this time they changed the display but they did not give me any paper regarding this service. Now I m noticing the same problem in screen and my warranty is expired. So here I stand chance to present my case in consumer forum and if yes what are my chances to win and what is the procedure to follow Thanks
