Complaint Regarding Laser Hair Removal – No Results After Full Payment

I enrolled for your full-body laser hair removal treatment and paid the full amount through EMI, based on your promise of 99% hair reduction in 6 sessions. I have now completed all 6 sessions, but the results are very poor. I was never told during the consultation that I would need extra paid sessions, and this information is being shared only now — after full payment and treatment completion, which is misleading.

Dear Client, 1. This amounts to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act. You can file a complaint before the District Consumer Commission seeking refund, compensation for mental agony, and action against false promises/misleading advertisement. 2.
