Company not refunding amount paid for car booking

I have booked Car with 10000 with Hyundai 2 months back. But due to financial reason I have cancelled my booking. But still I didn't get my amount refund from 2 months. I am getting harassed by dealer. So please help me. Suggest something so I an take action against them. I have booking receipt as well.
u have issued legal notice to the dealer. and copy sent to main head office
