Club membership fraud how to recover membership fee

I bought a club membership (Azure vacation- goa) in mahableshwar, I bought it for 5 years & paid 50000 &in return I was promised 7 nights of stay with their affiliated hotels in the world & 7 additional nights for the first year which would start from jan2016. however it didn't start.whenever I tried to book any room-there is not response from the club & the dates passes by with the status pending,I have sent them multiple email &no reply received.have tried to call them but all their number is not in existence. What can be done. Please assist. I need a full refund.
Dear client first u have to send legal notice through lawyer and have to ask yr mony back with compensation for mental harassment. If company will not pay mony and compensation after service of notice then u have to gile case in consumer court for deficiency in srrvice. For any legal help call me
