Club Membership Fraud And Lack Of Service

My name is Ashwani Mishra, I bought a holiday club membership from a company called The club 21 holidays on January 24, 2021. At the time of selling the membership, they made a lot of false promises and they even showed us a different catalogue, however, when they sent us the actual contract, all that was promised to us by them turned out to be absolutely false. Their call center number is usually not reachable and they are not even responding to my mails. I want to get my money back ( 1,42500) and for that I would like to move to a legal option. I have a lot evidence against the company, which includes emails and call recordings. Please suggest what my options are?
First of all, send them a legal notice for fraud and deficiency of service. If they do not comply, you can file a complaint under Section 420 IPC along with other sections of fraud.
You can also file a suit for recovery or a consumer case against them for deficiency in services and fraud.
