Clarification on dismissal of appeal in consumer court
26-May-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Microsoft lumia xl phone was purchased from Sangeeta mobile stores. Phone is under warranty, tried to fix the problem and later asked the company to issue new working device. But no reply. I approached dist consumer court at B and honourable court has given an order to refund the amount. The company didn’t turn. So I applied for EP in court but couldn’t attend any sessions now status shows is case is disposed off. Now what should I do? Thank you
He has to file Misc.application before City and Session court/ State consumer Forum to restore the order of District consumer Court and direct to EP to issue Executive order for recovery money granted by the Forum.
