Car Sold through an app 6 months before but RC transfer not done

I sold car through an app in the month of July, but till ow my name transfer is RC not
processed. They say their channel partner has not sold the car to an buyer, so Rc name transfer is pending. Can I take this issue legally
The original owner can issue a formal notice to the buyer, requesting them to complete the transfer of ownership at the RTO. unresolved, the original owner might consider filing a civil suit for breach of contract, depending on the terms of the sale agreement.
