It is very simple just file a case before consumer fora for deficiency bin service and prove the same . Therefore fora will provide a a remedy for your case this is the solution pls make it faster otherwise

Can be done by moving to the consumer court. You'll have to show the initial premise because of which you joined the institute, then show deficiency. You should be able to get a refund plus damages, if any.

U can file a consumer case before consumer forum if there is a deficiency on part of caoching institute no matter what is there in d admission form. They r standard form contract which are biased, means one way benefitting only caoching institite.

Hi, there are various coaching institutes who offer and claim for high quality of services but their actual work is not as claimed. In that case, you can proceed against them under the provisions of the consumer laws. First send a notice to refund the fee and then file a case if the fee in not refunded in time limit.
