Can we file for pre verification reports on authenticity of documents

Is there any provision with police deptt. to file a report for pre verification of documents n invoice of a showroom while purchasing a vehicle . And will that report's reply from that deptt. duly stamped n signed by authorised personnel Is valid for legal use n selling of that vehicle in a due course.
The document you are referring to is a NOC that is to be obtained from the RTO. You will need to file a RTO Form 34 for procuring such a NOC for future sale. The RTO will then call for a police report to determine whether they are any pending cases involving your vehicle. The RTO will also ascertain whether payments have been made if the vehicle is financed. After this process you will be provided with the NOC which you can use to sell your vehicle.
