Can we cancel our PW batch? 06299-4387-29

Wallah (PW) 06299308729 online batches are generally non-refundable once purchased. However, if you bought the wrong batch by mistake, helpline 06299-3087-29 you can request to swap or change it to another batch of the same price within 7 to 10 days of purchase.

As per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, a seller or service provider cannot rely upon a blanket “non-refundable” policy in every situation. If the wrong batch was supplied, the promised service was materially different from what was represented, or there was any deficiency in service or unfair trade practice, the consumer may have a legal remedy. If the purchase was made online, you should first preserve the payment receipt, invoice, advertisements/promises, terms and conditions, screenshots, and all communications with the provider. You may issue a formal legal notice seeking appropriate relief, including refund or suitable replacement/transfer of the course, depending upon the facts. If the provider fails to resolve the matter, a complaint can be considered before the appropriate Consumer Commission.
