Can I have 2 lawyers join for the same case in NCDRC how to proceed

19-Sep-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have registered a case in NCDRC with the help of Lawyer A. I want a renowned Lawyer B to help in the case as well. Can Lawyer B join Lawyer A and fight together against the builder on the case dates only? Do i need new Vakalatnama? Is two lawyers a good idea ? I am interested in Lawyer B, because he has fought some recent UNITECH cases and want her expertise.

You have already engaged advocate and considered advocate why you are asking about the opinion here. It is just a time wasting question , here advocates are there to answer for the legal issues not for deciding which advocate you have to engage for what its purely your personal affair.

Yes you can. With the permission of the Earlier advocate you can file the joint Vakalath of New Advocate. Earlier advocate need to give consent on the Vakalathnama " No objection to contest the case along with me"

Tow Lawyer a good idea? Here law is one and same and observation of facts and interpretation of the facts is different.

I am interested in Lawyer B, because he has fought some recent UNITECH cases and want her expertise. If it your choice.
