Can i file case against company for harassing me even after paying
21-Jul-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I had a broadband connection that was surrendered and paid the amount on prorate basis as billed by company representative. But after sometime I regularly got the message for depositing the balance amount. Four days before I got the message that against me case file in district court. Now I want to ask that can I registered a case against company with penalty as I already paid the amount still they harassed me.
yes you can register a FIR in the nearest police station. However if the police is not writing the FIR then you can file a complaint in the court of your jurisdiction under section 200 of IPC.if they have already registered complaint then you can hire a lawyer and file a written statement
