Can i ask for refund if agreement states no refund policy
17-Sep-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
Hi , I have registered for a course with a fee of 60000 and have attended the class for 2 weeks and now i want refund due to my personal financial issue and the quality of training and i dont want to continue 'the course. The course duration is 6 months .Now i am asking refund and they are not doing refund as they have the rule of not refunding the money? Can you please advise whats the solution for this?
No, if the agreement states no refund policy then you cannot claim refund from the organisation and you had signed the agreement knowing and reading the policy. the only option you would have would be to request the organisation to refund some amount as you are not attending the classes and are in need of money
