Breach of promise by a rent furniture company. Grievance, is it valid?

17-Jan-2023 (In Consumer Court Law)
I have an issue with a furniture renting company. According to their refund procedure (which i have proof of recordings advised to me by customer service agents ) once they take back the furniture from me,they will do QC and then send me an email asking for the bank details confirmation. On 12th of December 4.31 pm i received this said email. While i was updating my bank details. 4.32 pm i got another email saying its already been credited. The money was credited to my old account which has a personal loan running..so the bank took the whole money to that section. (I am paying them monthly emi of course) i requested the rent company so many times(call recordings and emails as proof) not to put the money back in the old account. If i go ahead with a breach of promise case, would this have a validity

1. Furniture company should have credited the money to your account, which you share for the refund. Here you did not mention, how they come to know about your old account details?.

2. It is the breach of oral contract by the furniture company. So, I suggest you to issue legal notice to them for the refund has to be credited to the account which you wanna them be.
