Billed extra for things not bought. How to file consumer case?

I bought few items( onion and mushroom) from Big bazzar and billed me excess to what was offered in the packet. What is the procedure to go for consumer court. This is not the first time I am facing the wrong billing issue.
you can yourself go to the consumer forum and file the case there. You just have to fill a form and proceed further
