You can fix a criminal case against theose felow ,and keep all your documents ready ,may be they have lost your bike ,hence you need to also have document that you gave your bike for servicing to that particular shop.

Dear Sir/Madam, if you have proof for giving the bike to the said repair shop, you have to issued a legal notice for the same, if he is not complied your demand legal notice, thereafter you have to file petition before consumer forum, if you want my service I will do it.

Hi
You can file a police compliant against the person giving his address and mob.no. bike details and registration no. they should call that person for enquiry and u will get u r bike back. But remember in the compliant you say that the person cheated u and add S.420 of IPC else they will treat u r case as a civil case and u shud go to the civil court to get remedy which is time consuming.

If you have paid an advance of Rs. 3000 for bike servicing but the service provider is unresponsive and not returning your bike, you have the following legal options -
1. Send a written communication - an email or registered letter to the service provider, clearly stating the issue, the advance payment made, and the expectation of the bike's return. Keep a copy of the communication for your records.
2. Approach the nearest consumer forum or district consumer dispute redressal commission to file a complaint against the service provider for deficiency in service. Provide all relevant documents as evidence.
3. If all attempts fail, lodge a complaint with the local police station, providing details of the transaction, advance payment, and the service provider's non-compliance. As per the facts of your case, Section 420 (Cheating) is attracted to your situation.
You may seek legal assistance from a lawyer specializing in contract law or criminal law who can provide guidance on further steps, including the possibility of filing a consumer complaint or a criminal case for cheating.
