Bajaj Fineserv forcibly activated health card service without my consent and amount deducted from my bank account..
I got tele marketing call from Bajaj fineserv and they told me about health card offer which I rejected but the next day I got sms that health card service is activated and amount deducted from my account.
Please tell me the process to take action against Bajaj Fineserv. I think it's a direct theft on my bank account
it appears that they activated the services without your express consent and therefore you have to immediately address an email to them from your end highlighting this issue and calling upon them to refund your money, failing which you can send them a legal notice.
