Availed service treatment from an organization denying refund

I availed a service/treatment from an organization. I was verbally assured adequate results. Didn't get any results and was denied refund after I claimed for it.
You have to prove through documentary evidence that you availed treatment from an organisation and you have assured adequate result for which you should haves documentary proof .and didn't get results and they denied to refund, all things are verbal and without having any documents written you cannot make any complaint to the consumer forum,try to get the discharge summary, inpatient slip etc.,so that it is easy to claim the refund.
