APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 71 OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, 2019

I have filled case in consumer forum in 21/11/2019 & court has passed judgment as on 03/12/2020. The opposite component has not attend any hearing. I have mail them judgment & also judgement is send through registered post as on 26/02/2021. Company is not executing court judgement. Court has describe to again file case under sec 71 & 72. I need assistance what should I have to write prayer.
If Company is not executing Judgement. Then you have to file Execution Proceedings to get that Judgement implemented. On proving before the Court, that, Company has not implemented Court's Judgement, Arrest Warrant for Civil Prison may be issued against the Directors of Company or Company has to go for auction to make payment to you if it is a financial judgement.
