Amazon promised to give cash back but still not received

I bought an Iphone 5S from amazon. they had given the offer of cash back when i bought it. i was supposed to get the cashback by June. bt till date the amount of Rs.8400 is not been given. what should i do in this case?

Dear Sir, Serve them a legal notice. In case they do not reply you should proceed with filing a consumer complaint against amazon Please feel free to contact //////////////////////////////////

File a claims refund on their website. It's called Amazon A to Z claims. They are very responsive on phone as well. I myself have recieved refunds of money as less as 500 rupees. It takes time but it comes. But since in your case it has been so long, you can file a consumer complaint in the district forum. However be prepared to wait for a long time before anything happens as the condition of consumer forums in our country is really bad.
