Amazon is telling me to cancel the order and seller to
19-Jan-2025 (In Consumer Court Law)
I ordered a product from amazon, order was successful with delivery date, seller called me to cancel the order next day because he has some pricing error in the amazon has advertised ,I messaged him that I paid the price as mentioned in the advertisement ,I need the product, then he told out of stock, amazon customer service also told to cancel the order I need justice
In this situation you need to be take this matter to consumer court ,
This type of same scenario was already decided in that court , as a person paid for product, but Amazon listed the money wrongly and they cancel the order and ask the person to cancel the order to, that person take this matter to consumer forum where the court decided to give the money back to the customer and awarded the customer sum of ₹25,000 for his mental agony and cost of the case, hence both the fact are similar, we can approach the court for the same remedy as given previously
