Advance paid against supply of 2 items

I have done advance payment of Rs.9056/- Galaxy Enterprise Laxmi nagar delhi Mr.Rajeev Singh against supply of alcohol tester and gutka tester but he had supplied only gutka tester but he had not supplied alcohal tester or he is not refunding my money.
Send a legal notice and seek refund of the amount or goods that you have ordered. If payment made, close the notice. if not, proceed ahead in seeking recovery of the money by filing civil suit. Considering the amount, legal notice may suffice your requirements.
