Recently i have bought a mobile worth of 23000 on 28th of April, within 5 hours of bringing it to home i seen battery draining issue, i went to poorvika stores and they said me to consult service center of realme after and i approached also, after one day i went to service center, he is saying mobile is ok whether I don't know he checked or not, and when i asked for both Doa(dead on arrival), and Job sheet he is refusing to give doi, and job sheet
