Wrong intentions to make momentary gain from our property

19-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
We are facing some issues from neighbors. We have our property build for more than 15 years now and one of the neighbors is trying to provoke other neighbors against us to make monetary gain by accusing that we have used some of their land while building the property. What legal action should we take? We do not have political connections to help us and other people from the area who this guy has provoked are verbally abusing us.
