Wrong caste entered in school enrollment form.What to do?

Iam belong to pakanatireddy. My parents came from andra. In my education they enrolled munnurukapu is my caste. For my principale suggestion.because sir told that pakanati treated as munnuru kapu.my father brother came to telangana and they enrolled reddy.i told that what we do. But they told that was wrong.if it was wrong what i do. What about my education. I recived schlorship's also. Now iam preparing govt gobs. What i enrolled in caste cloumn please tell me how can do . Please help me i cant concentrate my studies with this problem.iam handicapped also please help me if i apply govt job i fill am open ane then if igot job in open or phc catageory iam able to do job. Pleas give me your answer

Is it Munnurukapu?
If so adhere to munnuru kapu only.
The principal might have suggested based on Government orders classifying pakanati reddy as munnuru kapu which was prevalent quite some time ago.

better to go your school records. you can enjoy the benefits of caste reservations until unless some body raises dispute or complains to the authorities.
if you wants to change your caste in records from Munnuru Kapu to Reddi, you can follow a system of gazette publication after making an application to your Tahasildar with a request to change/rectification of your caste prevailed so far.
