Woman threatening for false case under sec 354. How to proceed legally

In 2016, I transferred Rs.50,000/- to a person running a TV serial agency in mumbai. He promised me to offer role to my son in tv serial. He taken money for making portfolio and artist card of my son. When I felt that they are cheating me, I told them to refund my money. From last 1 year they are giving new dates. Finally, when I given WhatsApp message to one of the person who is a lady that I will make complaint to police, she replied that you tried to threaten me. Now I will send a notice to you under section 354. I have all the proof of transaction. I had never sent any wrong message to her which comes under sexual abuse or harrassment. Please, guide me what should I do?

Hi First issue notice to the TV Serial agency asking for refund of money and also file a cheating (section 420) and criminal breach of trust (sec 405 of IPC) against the TV Serial agency in the nearest police station. If the lady issues notice to you under section 354, you may ignore the same as demand for money does not tantamount to Assault or criminal force to woman with intent to outrage her modesty(section 354). So no need to worry on the threat from the lady.

Dear Client, Don`t waste previous time on flimsy issues. It is not suggestible to file a case against a woman who resides in Bombay. There are so many issues like Jurisdiction under which she resides. What is your place of residence. In which place transaction take place like where did you pay the amount etc., If you reside out side Mumbai, it takes a lot of effort to file a case against her at Mumbai. You must travel time again to Mumbai apart from financial issues. Don`t come under the trap of paying amounts on belief to act etc.,
