Withdrawal (Null & Void) of govt. service appointment after 3 years

After 3 years of employment as Asst. Revenue Inspector, ARI/RI/AMIN for government of Odisha, the government has terminated 153 employees the said appointment without any so cause. Legal battle against the govt. of Odisha at High Court of Odisha has been continued for an year and was going in our favour that until last hearing (in support of govt.) which came as a surprise to our Lawyer and all the people involved. Would like to move to Supreme Court about the same.

Dear sir your case is running in the orissa high court and you can only run to supreme court if the orissa high court announce his final judgement and the way you can go to supreme court is through appeal
