Will the owner of car be held responsible for driver death in accident

if a person (driver) who has no license and is under 19 dies in a bike accident , will the owner be sued or accused? if yes, what are the procedures and what shall happen? will the owner be able to get safe?? if yes, how?

Dear,
you are totally responsible for any act done by your driver on duty time. if your driver accident duty hour like this act do you. your liability vicarious liability. but you not mention your matter in detail so i not better assist you..please write you matter in detail.. good luck

It depends on what circumstance the accident took place what is the police report what evidences have been filed by them and what pleas you have taken to defend yourself how the accident took place and by whom please do elaborate come with full documentary evidences to n advocate.

No the owner cant be held responsible for the act made by his driver which is clear but if the driver is minor then only responsibility will be of the owner.
You can approach to high court in this regard to get relief in the said case
