Where to find out about the judgement of a case

01-Jun-2023 (In Civil Law)
So, I was associated with an ongoing case. Now I've heard that the case is disposed. On the "ecourts" website I can read that the case is disposed and it says this verbatim, "Nature of Disposal:Contested-Allowed" . Now for some reason I'm unable to access the judgement and the parties won't tell me. So, I guess my question is, who won the case? the appellants? or the respondents? Also I think it might be useful to know that this case had to do with the partition of property. Thanks in Advance.

Well, as you explained you have read that_" case disposed of as contested___Allowed " means, you may obtain the copy of judgment from such court by which judgment has been passed .
Now , the party who has filled the petition/application/appeal/revsion before the aforesaid court , of course won the case ,who may be petitioner/applicant/appeallant .
Thanks

Venerated Sir,
You have raised issues regarding disposal of case and judgment. "Nature of disposal.. Contested allowed" which means whosoever filed the case who has won the case. You can apply certified copy of judgement from the court and procure it. Give me valuable feedback. Feel free to call for more information.
