What to do when company not vacating premises after expiry of lease?

We gave our building lease to install tower for Indus company for 10 years.from 08 October 2007.they are not vacating after lease what rights do we have.
You have a right to get then evicted from the property you can file a case in court stating. G that even after the expiry of the least they are not vacating the property and also not paying g the rent from past 6 months they will have the pay the rent of 6 months and then file a case
