What to do if trespassers are entering reserved site approved by DTCP

Hai we bought dtcp approved plots in [email protected] long struggle we take possesion of reserve site from land owner.and now with contribution of dwellers we made a children park with proper approval from corporation. is this park is only for our layout house owners(18 house).??or people from neighbour area (who doesnot belong to our lay out 18 houses)can use this park. more than children youth from neighbour area miss uses park @night time. so i want a clarification 1. is this park can be locked . 2.we house owners have right to use the park or any body can use. 3.if we have to controll miss use from tresspassers what can we do legally .
