Hai we bought dtcp approved plots in [email protected] long struggle we take possesion of reserve site from land owner.and now with contribution of dwellers we made a children park with proper approval from corporation. is this park is only for our layout house owners(18 house).??or people from neighbour area (who doesnot belong to our lay out 18 houses)can use this park. more than children youth from neighbour area miss uses park @night time. so i want a clarification 1. is this park can be locked . 2.we house owners have right to use the park or any body can use. 3.if we have to controll miss use from tresspassers what can we do legally . sir,According to Hindu secession act all the co-prancer has got equal rights in the joint family property, so that your father alone can not alienate the property. that your consent is essential. if the your father sold property non consent of you you claim the share accordance of law.



Q: Married daughter whether entitled to father's salary or property

 i got married, after marriage my fother and mother both are not carring me. I am in poor situation. My husband only carring me. My father is an government empliyee but he settled with his second wife can i legally get his salary or priperty

Sir/Madam, My mother got a settlement from her father during the year 2011. This property was acquired by my maternal grandfather during the year 1940's. Now my mother wants to sell the property without our consent. Does she need a NOC from me and my brother and 2 sisters to sell the property.
