what to do if there is dispute between mother and son for gratuity

my father is goverement employee he died in 2016 he have 4 sons and 2 daughters gratuity and pension received by my mother one unmarried daughter and one unmarried son when my mother is ready to distrubute the money one son is not listen her words he asking more amount he send lawyer notice to my mother and all family members so please give me suggestions what to proceed for this problem thanking you sir

No need to worry on this issue, here the legal heirs are 6 numbers and one mother, when your mother want to distribute the property to all then it will be divided to 7 equal Parts and whatever the reason if anyone do such things as your sibling done in this case, then there is no use. All 7 numbers have equal right on your father property, even if anyone does not accepts it then it goes on takes. And do not worry on lawyer notice. if it goes to court then the magistrate will decide accordingly by favoring all.
