Within the three months of court hearing she have told that she don't have money to pay then later on she is telling she cleared all outstanding here the point is from where she got the money to repay the outstanding amount and if she paid all arrears did she taken any clearance from you, court will ask the proof of settled amount from her. if she is bringing up fake people to give false statement that alone cannot be considered.

Hi,
Sir it is just three months so try to have patience as how much time it will take no one can guarantee you. Secondly did she file her counter in the court to your petition for arrears of rent.. All things will be taken into consideration by the court
