31-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
Hi, I am a resident of Bollaram Bachupally road in Miyapur, I sold my bike a few months ago and signed all the transfer papers from the RTO, but the person has yet not registered it in his name I have been asking him to get it done and he has been fooling me, now he is not taking my calls! May I know what I can do in this regard?

Hi, Did you got a letter or indemnity signed from him before giving him the papers and handing over the vehicle , if not done then try to go to his place and get this signed were in from the day of handing over of the vehicle till registration of the vehicle it will be his responsibility. If any delay also is occurred then no problem as he has given the undertaking

Go to Local PS and file a complaint on it and as per RTO regulation the bike should be on the name of the owner if not that can be considered as steal or any other way. So you can give a complaint and provide all the details to them.
