04-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
I had written a letter through e-mail to Honorable CM UP on 3rd May'17 and again forwarded the same on 24 Sep'17 and this time letter reached to CM official mail address where It has been described that the Medical Officer of PHC, Clerk of CHC Sangipur, Superintendent and Pharmacist are not performing there duties regularly and , their signature is made by others in attendance register, the clerk asked me bribe for salary processing after joining the govt job , he also demanded Rs 1000.00 for the preparation of service book. I got a call from the CMO office person regarding the same letter and he confirmed that the same letter is written by me or not, I confirmed him on phone that this is true that I have written same letter to CM,UP. He assured me that you have done a good job , dont worry every thing will be ok. But I again transferred from my original posting to dist jail hospital. and the corrupted official are enjoying . What should I do now ? Can I go for electronic media ?

You have the option of filing a writ petition before the hon'ble high court challenging your transfer on the basis of these complaints. I would have suggested you to file a PIL, but PILs cannot be filed in service matters or where personal benefits are involved. I am sure you have a good case which the Hon'ble Court would take notice of. Going to electronic media is also an option but the results of it are uncertain and may result in more prejudice and enmity towards you.

Write a letter regarding the subject matter to an officer senior in rank to the medical officer of the concerned PHC. If nothing is done make a proper complaint under Prevention of Corruption Act and initiate Criminal proceedings against the guilty.
You may also file a PIL but for that the alleged offence has to be committed by the guilty with lot of person on regular basis but I guess it would be tough for you to get a desired relief by opting for this remedy. But ultimate choice is yours.
