What to do if nuisance is created by people by playing loud music

a dharamshala(inn) is in front of my house from 30 years in residential area they play sound late night and they don't have parking so barati and invited people park their vehicles in street barati create noise whole night
File complaint to SDM(Sub Divisional Magistrate).SDM have power under section 133 crpc to prohibit any activity causing nuisance whether noise or air pollution. You can also file complaint to your District municipal corporation or council as the case may be to prohibit dharamshala from residential area .
Another option is complaint under section 91 cpc in the civil court.
Normally time and standard is fixed for DJ sound in every district by administration. This time is 10pm in residential areas in most cities . You can call police if they use dj sound after tike set for dj.
