What to do for Wrong Challan? Please Provide Any Suggestion

mera 15-april-2023 ko ranibagh delhi me traffic police ne ek sath do challan cut kar diye. ek to without polution ka or Without halmet ka combine. or dusra without polution ka only. iski vjha se ab mera 21k ka challan ban gya hai jabki 11k banna chahiye tha only mera challan. what to do

Hi, Just wait for the next lok Adalat and get them settles there. Also, during this period write to Delhi traffic police highlighting this and they might remove one of the challans. Before doing anything get your pollution and others documents in order.

you do not have to worry if both challan made by traffic police at a same time and place. you have to pay only one challan. but try to settle the matter in lok Adalat which is going to happen on 13 may 2023.
