What shall be done if Traffic police files false complaint

I and my wife driving two wheeler with helmet on. But after few time later my wife off the helmet. But when she saw the police person she immediately put on her helmet on about 500 meters ahead. But the police person stop us and we involved argument and things went worded and then they beaten us.when police came to know that my wife is pregnant and I asked for medical assistance they let us go and seized our bike. Next day they filed a false case against us saying that we have beaten police and prevent them to do their job which are nonbialable offence. What should be done ?

Who was driving.although yr English is very incorrect , I understand yr wife while driving removed helmet .However ,the policeman needs to be rewarded for his eye sight as he saw your wife from a distance of 1/2 km.verify CCTV existence at traffic post.meet a good lawers.

Actually police are been appointed to protect the public of our country, but in some cases they mis utilize their power to harrash the general public for this the Supreme Court has conducted a police complaint authority situated at New Delhi. This authority sees the public complaints against the police officers. In otherwise you can also file a individual complaint case against that police officer at your local court to get relief. Or else you can also approach the human right commission at Bhubaneswar by filing an application for such harassment by a police officer.

You file a counter Fir with medical certificate of your wife that the police outraged your wives modesty missbehaved and also beaten you mentioning his name or number.Send a copy to your S.P.Keep a copy of fir and file a 1CC case in SDJM against them for a direction to take cognisance of their offence.
