What rights does a daughter have in fathers property

My father bought a land in the year 2005 in his own earnings and cultivated crops by his own after due to age factor and some medical problems my sister's husband assisted him in the land works and two to three time sugarcane crop registration done in his name the my father bear all the expenses for cultivating crops the final bill amount came in his account .now my sister's husband claiming that the land all becomes to me because in my sugarcane amount all came so land is belongs to me he is telling that possession was in my name because I only received the bill amount so the land belongs to me he is saying you must not enter into the land is it possible pls help me sir

First you're father property own income or not? Based on the document you have claiming your right? The land which place located town or village? Now Land related all document which name maintain the records ? More details you contact an Advocate

Since your father is the owner of the land by document, ask him to file a complaint. If you are in Tamilnadu file a complaint before the land grabbing cell. Your father could have executed a document formally for the purpose of the Sugarcane factory a lease deed. That will not have any bearing for claiming possession. There are other methods too to recover the possession legally.
